Elçin Karatay mainly works in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, partnership relations and commercial and corporate law. In addition, she provides consultancy services to his clients in the fields of intellectual property law, capital market law and labor law, and specializes in emerging areas of technology such as Blockchain, FinTech, RegTech.
Elçin Karatay graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law with honor degree and completed her Master’s Degree in Private Law department at Galatasaray University. In addition to this, she has done a minor in the field of Economics at Koç University and previously participated in the Stanford University SuMAC Mathematics Program.
